Presently this service is covering the ROSHAN and AWCC Company, but in the nearest future it will cover all telecommunication companies in Afghanistan.
Terms and conditions:

1. Having bank accounts with Kabul Bank
2. Having 3131 card (if the customer does not have 3131 card, by simply a visiting Kabul bank branch he/she can get the cards.
3. Customer’s SIM card should be on ( the customer should use his/ her SIM while he/ she wants to use this service)
How to use this system:
1. First, the customer should call 3131
2. Customer should mention the mobile number which, he/she is going to credit.
3. After some seconds the customer will receive a message which is confirming that the credit amount is transferred to his/her requested mobile number.
