3131 SERVICES DEPARTMENT

3131 Department is 24 hr On-Call Service-Providing Source established in 2010 for NKB customers (account holders) and offering the following Services:
1- To offer Information regarding Account Statement
2- To send Top-up Credit Cards to customers’ telephones
3- To transfer money from one account to another account within NKB as soon as possible.
4- To get information regarding Banking Commission through 3131 Services

1. To offer Information regarding Account Statement:
3131 Department according to their working procedures offers information on Customers’ Accounts Debit& Credit o, for these who want to know about their Accounts Statement.
• 3131 CARDS: If valued account holders have not got 3131 CARDS yet, they can refer to a nearby NKB branch to get 3131 CARDS.

2. To offer Credit Cards Services:
NKB valued customers can purchase Roshan top-up credit cards now through 3131 Services from their bank accounts 24 hour. And other telephone networks cell phone Top-up Credit cards will be available in close future too.

Conditions on how to send credit card:
• To have an account in NKB
• To have 3131 card
• The phone to which the credit card is sent ; must be on

3. To Transfer money from one Account to another Account:
NKB valued customers can transfer money from one account to another account once within 24 hour and their 3131 card is necessary to be available for money transfer.

4. To receive information regarding account statement (debit &credit) through cell phones:
Whenever the customers want to know their account statements through cell phones, they will receive a message about it.

5. Banking  Commission Through 3131 Services:
• For each time to get information on account statement: 5 AFN or (equivalent to it in $) will be charged.
• For each time to send top-up credit card: 5 AFN or (equivalent to it in $) will be charged.
• For each time to transfer money from one account to another account:
50 AFN or (equivalent to it in $) will be charged.
